Little, the bee was exceedingly small
He was paid no attention by others at all
Ignored for so long, Little’s ego turned brittle
’Cos little bee, Little, belittled was he

Little, determined, worked hard as he could
He’d show them he’s worth something, truly he would
He got no respect, not a jot nor a tittle
Tired little bee, Little, belittled was he

Little, frustrated, concocted a plan
He charged at the queen and he screamed, “I’m your man!”
She laughed and she spat, and thus covered in spittle
Poor little bee, Little, belittled was he

Little, arrested, was placed in a cell
Attention a-plenty he got – it was hell!
The jailer bees mocked, “You’ve no chance of acquittal!”
Poor little bee, Little, belittled was he

Little, on trial, confessed to his deed
The court was –buzz as the judge bee decreed
“You must be insane, I’m prescribing committal!”
Mad little bee, Little, belittled was he

Little, locked up, studied law day night
Came top of his class, was released erudite
He won all his cases and though he was little
Was little bee, Little, belittled? Not he!
